Hiya I’m Jayde!

A smiley wedding photographer with over 7 years of experience.

I’m not a stand in the corner and say nothing all day photographer, I get stuck into your day. If you need me to track down a certain bridesmaid or find the bouquet before a picture, I'm your gal. If you need me to keep a secret firework surprise from everyone, it’s locked away. If you need me to distract the kids in the morning with a mini photo shoot, I can do that for you.

I do like to chat with guests but I try not to get in the way, where possible. I try to be unseen for most of the reception, I have been called a ‘Ninja’ once or twice, as guests haven't even noticed me until I steal a candid shot of them.

Those are the natural parts I love most because you as the newlyweds are usually so swept up in the wonder of it all, that you miss so much. but I’ve got you covered.

I'm very smiley, I actually received a ‘smiley smiler’ award for my cheesy grin in school. I just love people in general and I think that always shows on my face. I like to think that's why I'm easy to approach and talk to.

I come from a fine art background so naturally, I watch for elements of the day that other photographers trained commercially may not catch, I have an eye for those details.

It's a privilege to be a wedding photographer and I take pride in the fact that a couple has chosen to invite me to such an intimate, momentous occasion.
